CIS offers a convenient, easy to use, online system to issue Certificates of Insurance instantly, 24/7. Agents and Insured’s can directly access Certificates Now to generate and deliver your company’s certificates: certificatesnow.com
In order to issue certificates, contact your account representative and your company will be provided access to the Certificates Now system.
If you need further assistance issuing your certificates of insurance through the Certificates Now website, please contact our office, 214-884-1800.
Certificates of Insurance are provided for customers at no cost.
You may also fax the CIS Certificate Request Form to our office, 214-884-1801, and your representative will process the certificate for you.
